Ahmadinejad Pwns George Bush, Mike Wallace and America in General

Iranian president Mahoud Ahmadinejad gave a rare television interview with American journalist Mike Wallace recently during which he commented on the recent Israeli destruction of southern Lebanon, America’s role in the world and his feelings on the American president. Despite some rather aggressive questioning by Wallace, Ahmadinejad was candid and engaging throughout and conveyed an impression of high intelligence. He was even funny on occassions. I saw extracts of the interview last night on Newsnight, and I think I’ve tracked down the rest of it in the following YouTube clips.

Contast the Iranian president’s thoughtful answers with those of George Bush.

Okay, that last one wasn’t an answer to a question, but it highlights Bush behaving in a juvenile manner unbecoming of senior politicians. I’ve added a link to Ahmadinejad’s blog, and, in the interest of fairness, I’ll add George Bush’s one if he ever commences blogging.

The first three videos aren’t working but the last three are. The press are laughing at Bush. What an idiot.
