Obama: The Next W?

I know it might seem like I’m running a smear campaign against Obama on this blog (which is not the case; I like him), but I thought this article by Robert Kagan was worth blogging about. The article covers a recent speech by Obama at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, where he appeared to endorse American military unilateralism in order to protect American “vital interests” that are “imminently threatened”. Sounds uncomfortably familiar to me (Kagan loved it, obviously).
