Favourite Albums

Following on from the last post (which itself followed on from this post), here are my favourite ten albums in reverse order, with links to YouTube videos of a song from each album. Post your own favourites in the comments if you like.
10. Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness – Smashing Pumpkins
9. Abandon Your Friends – From Autumn to Ashes
8. United By Fate – Rival Schools
7. Low – David Bowie
6. Pinkerton – Weezer
5. Decemberunderground – AFI
4. The Downward Spiral – Nine Inch Nails
3. Good Mourning – Alkaline Trio
2. Broken – Nine Inch Nails
1. Sing the Sorrow – AFI
Looking over this, it seems that AFI might be somewhat over-represented, at the obvious expense of, say, The Beatles or The Cure. That said, they’re amazing, so what of it?

Open all the links at once ftw. It sounds really cool.
Sing the Sorrow was AFI’s real coming of age album, as far as I’m concerned. Good choices all round; I was planning to do a similar listing on my own blog but never got to it for some reason.

everything else is ok. just , not good enough for a top 10 id say. Where is like.. your beloved feeder? or… blood brotheres or slipknot or whatever..
I don’t care much for Feeder anymore, the Blood Brothers have a few good songs but no great albums, and I don’t have any Slipknot albums.
Also, it’s a list of “favourite” albums. There’s no claim here that any of these are objectively excellent or even good, they’re just the ten albums I like the most at this point in time.
