New Provisional Driving License Laws

Are there going to be any ‘L’ plates on cars from Tuesday onwards? What learner driver is going to drive around unaccompanied with an ‘L’ plate on show? It will be tantamount to asking for a €1,000 fine.

    So very glad I didn’t start learning to drive as my mother insisted I had to.
