The Latest Clinton Bullshit

I can’t believe that this is even getting covered (and I realise the inherent irony in me complaining about this). It’s another case of Clinton playing the victim to generate sympathy, just as she did before the New Hampshire primary when she pretended to cry. Based on the pictures it’s hardly conclusive that Obama saw her, but even if he did I don’t think this story has any merit. He has every right to be furious with the Clintons, and it’s quite obvious that they don’t like him much either. In this context, there’s not a whole lot to be said for adhering to empty social formalities. Besides, despite Clinton’s lying, she did not at any point reach out to shake Obama’s hand. Granted, she wasn’t really given the chance to do that, but by suggesting that Obama refused to shake her hand she’s making the perceived snub sound a whole lot worse than it really was (assuming it was a snub at all).
