Hilary Clinton Caught Lying #984,367

As one commenter on Mathew Yglesias’ blog sagely opined:

Well, for the sake of fairness, Obama has served up some whoppers of his own. Remember when he told Hillary that she was “likable enough?” Yeah, well, turns out she isn’t.

Another commenter who knows something about the matter said that she was talking complete nonsense too vis-รก-vis the manoeuvrability of the aircraft. But would you really expect anything better from this woman?

Update: Here’s the video of her lying the first time, with all that talk of sniper fire and running with heads down.

    You know the shittiest part?

    I think she’s actually going to pull it off.

    All i would say to an electorate that chooses her as their leader - you really deserve each other.

    I think she’ll either weasel her way to the nomination and then lose to McCain, or else damage Obama so badly that he loses to McCain in November. And then when 2012 rolls around the two of them will do it all over again, but it will be even nastier, and whichever one of them prevails will lose to Mitt Romney, who’ll prove himself to be a damn good president, despite being a rather lousy campaigner and an inveterate flipper.

    she ‘misspoke’ apparently… though,if she’s getting that confused she’d best be careful or she’ll end up nuking Iran when she means ‘Iran can’t get nukes’…

    I think if she doesn’t get the nomination (which is almost a given at this stage) she’ll take Obama down with her out of spite.
